Prior to joining Jama, Tim was Vice President of Product Management for Compound Photonics, as well as holding Senior product marketing positions with Epson, InFocus, and IBM.

Tim’s expertise is centered around defining innovative new products, and managing the technical tradeoffs required to bring them to market.

Tim’s combination of technical know-how and marketing analytics help him serve Jama’s customers by driving product strategies that solve real world challenges, blending the realities of product design with a dream of making that reality easier. Tim holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Washington, a MBA in Marketing from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.

During the evolution of these companies, Ryan has served on company boards and has been instrumental in capitalization activities. He has also helped companies expand to international markets.

Ryan brings a unique blend of business acumen and technical knowledge to help companies and clients achieve their objectives. Matt is also a senior innovation consultant and frequently leads large workshops for Indiegogo’s clients and partners.  Matt spent his early career developing large-scale software for business intelligence systems. He has held senior operating roles in multiple public and private technology companies, including Persistence, Panoratio, and Alloptic. Matt also served as an SVP of Strategy and Marketing for Zodiac Interactive, a multiple Emmy-nominated and Emmy award-winning software company. As the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Kinetic Fin, the groundbreaking Social Design and Technology firm, Matt led breakthrough program initiatives for companies like Ferrari, NASA, Mondelez, Cisco, and Facebook. Matt has helped launch dozens of social startups including Local Motors, the world’s largest open-source car design company. Matt’s work has been featured in academic case studies on Enterprise Gamification and Social Marketing, and Matt has lectured at Harvard Business School, Kauffman Center, and Babson College on the subjects of Big Social Data and Collaborative Entrepreneurship.
